Scope and controller
Nilpack Kağıt Plastik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi · Akevler Mahallesi, 1058. Sokak, No: 6, İç Kapı No: 41, Esenyurt / İstanbul, Türkiye · info@nilpack.com.tr · KEP: nilpackkagitplastik@hs01.com.tr. This policy covers cookies, browser storage and Pixel and cookieless statistics technologies on nilpack.com.tr and its English pages. Cookies are small records stored by a browser and sent to the relevant server. localStorage and sessionStorage are browser storage, not HTTP cookies.
Which records are used?
On permitted Meta connections, existing facebook.com cookies may also be sent to Meta depending on your browser settings and Meta login state. NİLPACK cannot read or delete cookies on that domain; Meta’s policy provides their current scope and durations. Vercel Analytics runs only with separate statistics permission; Google Analytics is not used. Fonts are served from our own site. Meta Cookie Policy (new tab)
Cookieless visit statistics
Vercel Analytics measures page visits and successful quote counts only with separate statistics consent (KVKK Article 5(1)). Data may include event time, page/referrer, browser, device and approximate location. Vercel derives a short-lived visitor hash from the incoming request and discards the visitor session after 24 hours; this does not mean aggregate statistics are deleted after 24 hours. Aggregate report retention depends on the plan and service terms. We do not store analytics cookies or persistent visitor IDs in the browser. Our application removes query strings and fragments from event URLs and includes only a catalogue product code in quote events. Form personal details and messages are not sent. This permission does not enable Meta. Vercel Analytics privacy information (new tab)
What does advertising permission cover?
With explicit consent, Meta Pixel measures page/product views, WhatsApp and phone link clicks, and successful quote submissions. Data may include IP address, device/browser details, page/referring addresses, ad-click and browser identifiers, event time, product ID and language. Meta may match this with ad clicks or its user information. Our application does not add form contact details or message text to Pixel event parameters. This permission is not permission for email/SMS marketing.
Choosing, rejecting and withdrawing
Statistics and advertising are off by default. Accept all grants explicit consent to both; Reject all disables both. The two checkboxes in Preferences are initially unchecked and independent; saving applies your selection. Browsing, scrolling or closing the notice is not consent. Choices from the old display-only notice are not treated as consent. The preference is valid for 180 days in this browser; version or purpose changes require a new choice. If storage is blocked, the choice lasts only for the current document. Site access and form submission do not depend on statistics or advertising permission.
Use Cookie preferences on any page to Reject all or uncheck either category and save. Withdrawal stops that category’s new events. Advertising withdrawal deletes accessible _fbp and _fbc cookies. The page reloads to fully unload the active measurement script; unsent form fields may be lost. Withdrawal does not automatically erase past processing or Meta records on other sites. You can clear all site data in browser settings; this prompts for a choice again. Manage choices separately on other devices/browsers.
Recipients and international transfers
With advertising permission, Meta receives measurement data and may process it abroad. Vercel hosts the site and, with separate statistics permission, also receives measurement data and may process it abroad. Regular international transfers also require a valid transfer condition under KVKK Article 9; cookie acceptance does not replace that requirement.
